Staff Management

Invite staff, assign roles, and control module access.

Roles

DogsVilla has two staff roles:

• Admin — full access to all settings, billing, staff management, and all modules
• Staff — restricted to assigned modules only; cannot access settings or billing

Inviting Staff

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite Staff
3. Enter their email, name, and phone number
4. Select their role (Admin or Staff)
5. Choose which modules they can access
6. Click Send Invite

They'll receive an email with a link to set their password (valid for 24 hours).

Module Permissions

Staff members can be given access to any combination of:

• Customers
• Dogs
• Boarding
• Training
• Grooming
• Walking
• Transport
• Loyalty

A staff member only sees the modules they have access to in their sidebar.

Editing Staff

Click the edit icon next to any staff member to change their role, permissions, or deactivate their account.

Plan Limits

The Free plan allows up to 2 staff members. The Pro plan has no limit. If you've hit your limit, you'll see a message when trying to invite more — upgrade to Pro for unlimited staff.
