Share this URL with your customers so they can self-service.
Customer Registration
Customers can register themselves through the portal with:
- Name, email, phone number
- Address with proof upload (KYC)
- Aadhaar or other ID document
They set a password and can then log in independently.

- Add dog profiles with breed, age, weight
- Upload vaccination records
- Track medical history
- Note aggression and behavioral information
Book Services
- Browse available services
- Create booking requests (pending staff approval)
- View booking status in real-time
- Cancel bookings

- Past bookings and their status
- Payment history and receipts

Real-Time Updates
The customer portal uses real-time notifications. When staff update a booking status (e.g., confirm, check-in, complete), the customer sees it immediately without refreshing.
Branding
On the Pro plan, the customer portal shows your kennel's name, logo, and colors instead of DogsVilla branding.
