Share this URL with your customers so they can self-service.

Customer Registration

Customers can register themselves through the portal with:

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Address with proof upload (KYC)
  • Aadhaar or other ID document

They set a password and can then log in independently.

What Customers Can Do

Manage Pets

  • Add dog profiles with breed, age, weight
  • Upload vaccination records
  • Track medical history
  • Note aggression and behavioral information

Book Services

  • Browse available services
  • Create booking requests (pending staff approval)
  • View booking status in real-time
  • Cancel bookings

Make Payments

  • Pay booking deposits
  • Pay invoices
  • Purchase loyalty packages
  • Top up wallet balance

View History

  • Past bookings and their status
  • Payment history and receipts
  • Wallet transaction history

Real-Time Updates

The customer portal uses real-time notifications. When staff update a booking status (e.g., confirm, check-in, complete), the customer sees it immediately without refreshing.

Branding

On the Pro plan, the customer portal shows your kennel's name, logo, and colors instead of DogsVilla branding.
