Manage boarding, grooming, training, walking, and transport bookings.

Booking Workflow

All service bookings follow the same lifecycle:

  1. Pending — booking created, awaiting confirmation
  2. Confirmed — accepted by staff, customer notified
  3. In Progress — service is actively happening
  4. Completed — service finished, ready for invoicing

Bookings can be cancelled at any stage (with optional refund).

Boarding

Kennel reservations with check-in and check-out dates. Key features:

  • Select kennel size (small, medium, large, XL)
  • Add food and add-on services
  • Track feeding schedules and medication
  • Daily notes and photo updates

Grooming

Appointments with service selection from your grooming catalog. Size-based pricing (Small/Medium/Large/XL). Includes:

  • Full services (bath + cut + styling)
  • Add-on services (nail trim, de-shedding, teeth cleaning)
  • Duration estimates per service

Training

Training sessions with skill assessments and progress tracking:

  • Multi-session packages
  • Skill-by-skill assessment scoring
  • Progress reports for customers

Walking

Daily walking session scheduling with route and duration tracking.

Transport

Pick-up and drop-off bookings with address, time, and vehicle assignment.

Customer Portal Bookings

Customers can create bookings themselves through the portal at yourkennel.client.dogsvilla.com. These appear in your CRM as "Pending" for staff to confirm.
